The inner swells up making u half deaf
Add to this the fact that the inner ear becomes irritated by the swelling which causes friction and rubs raw this leads to bacterial infection making the pain even worse add to that fluids from steam when u shower which obviously make the inside of the ear wet and this cause a bubble pop effect where it sound like bubbles popping in ur ear and it stings like hell

I also have sore in my throat from the flu XD -

Oh dude, I just got over the flu a few weeks ago. Was nasty. Better stock up on medicine and good food -
