No, mods can't change account names. I'm not even entirely sure if GTQ guy can do that, although I also wouldn't be surprised if I was proven wrong on that one. If you want an account with a certain name, make another account. We all have at some point. I definitely have.

This is a really great way to make an account and have it immediately stolen. You'll have to stick with the account you have or find a way to make it yourself.
