When I have nervous breakdowns from stress or class literally all I do is cry and curl myself up into a ball and just loudly ugly cry in my car and sob then slowly stop and fall asleep or come on here and vent my feelings.
I had never seen anyone bang their head repeatedly against the wall and scream their frustration then slam their door and tell everyone to f--- off
Even with my parents who are literally dysfunctional you bet my ass would have been beat if I did that o.o
