I’m tired of it. I just want to be happy again man.

I know happiness come from within myself, but I can’t find it. I can’t find any reason to be happy

It’s not that I’m not thankful for the stuff or the people I have, because I am, I am truly. I’m just at war with myself. I’m my own head. Constantly.

And, no this isn’t “just the alcohol. I feel this way CONSTANTLY. I’m just tired of it man. I want to learn to love myself and to be proud of myself and who I am, but I don’t know how.
