I'm not exactly sure how to help you. The best I can come up with is that you shouldn't feel as though you aren't worth anything but that doesn't always work. But it is true though, you have value to everyone you've interacted with and you shouldn't feel bad about yourself just because some people don't appreciate that. There are people who care about you, even if it doesn't look it.
