But I won't get it for another week. I literally preordered it for nothing. I get the post office works kinda weird sometimes, but if I preordered something, shouldn't I get it like sooner?
-
It came through for shipping but it'll take longer? How?
-
You get it on release date
-
It releases tomorrow. I'm getting it a week after
-
Its weird. I thought I'd get it by then
-
Huh. Weird. Where'd you preorder it from?
-
Target
-
Amazon does a good job of getting preorders to you on release day
I wonder if target's shipping policies have something to do with the delay -
sounds to me like it could be a busy week/couple of weeks for that particular store
-
know why i think that to be a major possibility? well, i once preordered something and it came more than a week later, and i looked at the website and it said something along the lines of delays in orders.
-
Amazon probably would have been a better option tbh. Especially considering that I have an Amazon account.
It could be a delay tbh. I ordered Infinity War, so maybe it could be a popularity thing. But I wouldn't doubt that it could be an order delay.
But I'm curious to know why Amazon ships quicker than other stores. Amazon is like booming so like why? -
I get Amazon Prime gets things shipped fast, but I've ordered a few things off there and gotten them within 2 to 3 days without Prime
-
you see, amazon is a huge, huge company, and it is scattered throughout U.S. in large #s. with this in mind, why do you suppose they ship so fast, you ask? well, they have to choose the closest store at the fastest time possible for the most efficient shipping process. and they CAN do that. and, they DO. that is in huge part why amazon is such a succesful business.
