I also bite my nails as well.
Apparently these are both nervous behaviors.

I bite my lip until it bleeds a lot, and also my nails and fingers

I sometimes bite my check

And I don't bite my nails, but instead pick at them with my nails. Essentially the same thing as biting, just without the teethg

I bite my nails and chew on my lips until I get all the skin off, sometimes until I draw blood. I also chew on the inside corners of my mouth

I bite my nails, I bite my lips until they are chapped and I also nibble on my tongue until it bleeds.

Idk if Its bad or not.
