i've recently taken to writing in a journal
which is odd, but comforting -
i kinda had a panic attack earlier
i needed to get something out of my little brother's closet, and the door was stuck and
it hit me out of nowhere that that closet was the one i was raped in. i was struggling to get it open and i just. froze up and i wanted to puke and the air around me got really weird and i felt trapped in that memory. idk what it was i needed to get out of the closet but i left -
i was pinning stuff to my character boards again
