She dug her toes into the sand, sinking as the water rushed back out.

I've started writing a new story and it's killing me. I'm not done with my first series but Jane is so f---ing alive right now. (yes i am shamelessly using jane as her name but there's a reasooon) -
SO BASICALLY
"Jane" is retracing the last six months of her best friend's life, because she's dead set on figuring out who actually killed her bc the police did a s---ty ass job. And she ends up finding out some really dark s--- and gets wrapped up in trying to save another girl who's headed down the same path, but in doing so puts herself into a f---ton of danger.
I've wanted to write sonething like this for a while. Human traff---ing is.. It shakes me up a lot. Looking at the statistics, the f---ing number of children.. I want to volunteer for the cause so bad.
But anyways Jane ends up going to hellandback with some smart ass prep boy and he's rlly blurry rn but he def has freckles and side eyes people hard af -
Jane goes by jane bc when the found her friends body it wasn't recognizable so it was a jane doe
And also the johns
It's a reference to f---ing everything
I need to do a hell of a lot of research tho -
