A young woman who has become disillusioned with the world, Elen Wendel, has recently obtained a box of her father’s belongings. Inside the box are several objects that do not belong in this world. The box contains a dragon fang, a small piece of paper with a strange inscription and a small mirror. Elen looks into the mirror and is transported to a fantastical world of magic and steam based technology. Along the way she meets a group who she adventures with.
