ben, do you have a psychiatrist? or a therapist? I'm not going to say meds are definitely going to fix how you feel, but I can tell you the ones I'm on have made my life so much better
it took a lot of adjusting but I'm finally in a pretty good place -
Sensory hallways in schools, basically they're activity centers in school hallways set up to help kids be less fidgety in classes

Learning to love yourself takes time and that's okay. Just try working on it a little bit at a time. Baby steps. You're not the only one who feels like this. You're not alone, and you have a whole lot of people who are here if you ever need to reach out and ask for help.
