See, I'd say two if you're looking to impress your date. Not going to lie, you're pretty, and I'm sure s/he wouldn't mind seeing that much of you on a date.
But one is really nice, it's casual, and as you said.. Rides. It'll be cold. Unless s/he brings a jacket and offers it to you like some do in romance movies! -
I'd say 2, it looks casual, but impressive and expensive at the same time. She or he should like a good impression, also, red and the jeans go good and just all in all it looks A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
It seems like something you would wear casually if you were trying to impress someone, and looks like something at the same time you would wear if you wanna go to a semi-formal but not formal event, such as a concert.
So, in conclusion I'd say 2. -
