Eh, not worth it imo. I think nose, lip, or regular ear piercings are cooler and just look better. Cartilage piercings seem to hurt more, anyways. This is just me assuming, though. I have no actual experience on cartilage piercings.

I have regular ear piercings. I'm not really interested in any piercing besides the ears, but that is just me.

a few relatives of mine have one. they're really pretty. they say it doesn't hurt much to get done because your ear is mostly skin, pretty much. i've never gotten a cartilage piercing so i can't tell you how it feels though.

They don't hurt. They are hard to upkeep.
