Chero sat in her small backyard,drawing anime. It was cloudy outside,and she loved going outside when it was cloudy.

Elizabeth walked inside of her small room. It was about the size of a closet. She'd just gotten here, and she'd been thrown into another orphanage. She thought moving was a sign of change, but everywhere she went it was the same. Nobody would adopt a teenager. It was hopeless. Despite her sadness she turned to the woman and gave her a smile. "Thank you," she said and hugged her. The woman smiled and nodded, then left the room, closing the door after her. Elizabeth threw her bags on the floor and plopped down on the squeaky mattress. Home.. she thought. This wasn't home at all.

Chero stood up and walked over to the gate,with her Terrier Mix named Kira following her. She opened the gate and walked up her driveway and onto her sidewalk. Kira looked at Chero. It looked like Kira was smiling,so Chero smiled back. Kira always followed Chero around because,she loved Chero alot.

Elizabeth unpacked her few belongings and took out her phone. She had one text message from her friend Abigail from home. Where r u staying now? u gonna get adopted? good luck. ily ~ abby the text message read. Elizabeth shut her phone and sighed. This was supposed to be a new life, a new beginning. Instead it was the same song on repeat, a replay from the past. She wished she could break free from this never-ending cycle.

Chero passed the orphanage and decided to go inside. She walked inside,looking around. "Hello!" a sweet voice said behind her. Chero turned around to see a redhead girl smiling. "What brings you here?" she asked sweetly. Chero smiled. "Im just looking around." she replied to the redhead. The redhead nodded and turned around,heading for a desk.
