Well, definitely more than Chemistry. Same, it's hard since the phone's light is flashing in your eyes and it keeps you more awake, but you should set a specific time to go to sleep or try to make yourself so tired you will head straight to bed without even touching your phone. -

erghh, I never liked Chem. Which is your favourite subject? Yeah, exactly, it's quite a bad habit too. I used to have a specific time, I should get back to it. Good idea though, thanks ^^ I'll probably try switch off my phone a bit before I go yo bed, maybe that could help
