And sometimes there's a WiFi signal and sometimes its a video and when you clock it you get directed to another website, I'm so confused -
Google tells me it's adware.

it deletes an unimaginable plethora of viruses and malware/adware -
I'm torn between needing to correct that because it's flat out malicious and wanting to let it happen because if you're stupid enough to fall for it you deserve the destruction.

quick, before the adware spreads -
The folder renames itself counting down to one, eachntime halving itself. From system64 to system32 to system16 etc. When it reaches 1, the virus has worked it's way into the hardware and cannot be removed
