I don't understand the concern
his lifespan has already been cut in half because of all the s--- that's happened so if it dies it'll be the same
I especially don't give a s--- about it but I can't tell her that -
I had a dog when I was little
Her name was Sade and she was my favourite thing ever
I always dedicated my "books" and poems to her (I wanted to be an author when I was in elementary)
I always drew her and painted her in pictures
I always drew pictures of me in her together outside

my sister compared me to a father tonight after I helped her take care of her infected toe

She said it hurt to walk on but that was about it, it didn't itch or burn.
I wish my dad could take a look at it but of course he's busy running errands with his girlfriend so I had to
It was funny, at first she was afraid she had toe fungus because her toe was pussing so much and she said this morning the pus had dried and looked like some kind of crust
But I took a look at it and it's basically just a cut that got infected. She had cut her toenail too close to the edge and that's what got infected. You could tell because of the way the redness was around the cut. I helped her wash it (she didn't know how to wash her toe apparently) and I thankfully had some Neosporin left in my hygiene box, so we put that on there as well. My dad also refuses to buy bandaids so I helped her wrap a makeshift toilet paper bandage type thing loosely around her toe and tied it off with some yarn so nothing gets messed up while she's asleep. Technically you're supposed to leave bandaids off while you sleep so the wounds can breathe, but she didn't want it to bleed or pus all over her sheets. She was also scared she would get blood poisoning from it like my mom but I explained that as long as she kept it clean that wouldn't happen and mom only got it because her house is filthy lmao.
Sorry if that was kind of gross, but hey, that's life. -
