And I hate the word "society", why don't you just call it people that you've most experienced in your proximity?
And it's not society who is awful, it is you who wants to change natural expectations to fit in. -

Okay then. I'm very proud of my Autism. So when I grow up I want to use the talents of people with Autism to make the world a better place! I technically started the company Autism Helps to do so, but right now it's only a Facebook page.
A disorder that you can't control and prohibits you from functioning correctly depending on the variation and severity of it? Sure, fine, you can be proud of something you can't control I'll give you that. And I like that "talent" part. Them having slightly higher intelligence than an individual with a "normative" brain doesn't automatically give them years of hard work, perseverance, and the whim of chance and being there at the right moment. The world will never be a "better" place, because setbacks will always exist and not everyone can make an effort to alleive global tension and situations. -

Anyways, where were we before these people with nothing better to do showed up? Oh yeah. We were having an actual conversation cause we have actual lives we can chat about. XD
When I was little I learnt that Unicorns only showed up if you had a pure heart. This bugged me because I nearly had a pure heart, but I kept sneaking candy and chocolate cake. But come on! There should be an exception for chocolate cake! LOL! -
