I almost laughed when mom asked if I had any career ideas. Aren't you the one who shot me down every time I'd say something about a career? You told me I'd never be a lawyer. Compared me to yourself. You tried and failed, but I won't.

The truth is that I just like to keep to myself and I'm not very romantic. And I get embarrassed easily in public. But I do love her. I wonder what my friends think then 😂

My dad said she would stare at me and I would ignore her. And I didn't talk very much. So it made it seem like I don't care.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I wanted to tell her to stop but I didn't want to say that in front of my parents. And I didn't want to just stare back and start having a f---ing staring contest in the middle of the restaurant.
I held her hand for like 20 seconds on the way home tho -
