Guess who has a blood disorder because she doesn't eat properly
Me, that's who.
Anyone else here who has anemia that can give me advice on what to eat? I have to get more blood tests done in a few months and I'd like to not have to take more pills, please.
Also I lost ten pounds?? I can literally fit my body into a clothes hanger, as well as the bottom shelf of my bookcase.
ALSO my hair gets greasy so fast. Any good shampoo/conditioners? -

Iron rich foods. If you're a vegetarian or frequently don't eat meat by choice, you should probably drop that for your health if you can. I know that I'm not allowed to become a vegetarian because my family has a history of anemia and my dad doesn't want me to develop it.

Ugh I knew a guy once who had to drink iron shakes like twice a day
So more meat??
Are there any vegetables/fruits that could help? -
Google it. I know spinach is good, along with a lot of other leafy greens.

I used to eat spinach all the time.
