"I guess, though I was pretty scared as well." And his eyes, they were like the darkest coals. No soul. No heart. Just empty space.

"PRINCESS DINAH! THE DUKE OF ARMENIA HAS ARRIVED! PLEASE PROCEED TO THE BANQUET HALL!" shouted the head cook, who's kitchen was a level lower than my room, so we could easily talk.

"I suppose it may have to wait." I said, "I don't wish to intrude on you dinner."

"Sorry, I'll try to get out quickly though." I said, rushing into my walk in closet where I changed into a golden dress with silver lining

I smiled, and sat on a stool by the fire place. It was very warm, and I couldn't help but fall asleep........

After dinner...
"Esamenda, wake up!" I shook her -
I sat up and yawned, "Oh, after dinner already."

"Yeah, you fell asleep."

I shivered and looked over at the fireplace. Now it was just a bunch of ashy nothingness.

"Lets go ask my dad about your parents, shall we?"

"Yes." So we walked off down the corridor and to the throne room.
