Thread Topic: lol I'm not a religious saint

But I detest when people that claim to be atheists or are non-religious are just total a--holes to people that have to rely on their own religious beliefs to get by through grief, a tragedy, or a unfortunate situation. Scoffing like an edgy and condescending a--hole gets you no where. :'-))) This is exactly why we can't have nice things.
-
look I'm gonna rant about it on GTQ look at me, such the f---ing hero lmFAO
-
Isn't "scoffing edgily" exactly what you do to Br0wnie regarding their gender fluidity? So???
-
Because gender fluidity doesn't make any sense?Whatever you prefer to wear doesn't dictate your gender. You can still conform to either gender and wear whatever the f--- you feel like. It's just a made-up gender by people online that has no scientific sincerity.
And religion and gender have nothing in common so why are you pulling this out of your ass? You can't really make a just argument so you have to make one pop out of thin air that's not even relevant? -
i know clothes don't dictate your gender or anything and there is totally such a thing as gender nonconforming. but clothes do not dictate my gender, my gender dictates the clothes i wear, so when i feel more androgynous i wear androgynous clothes and when i feel feminine i wear feminine clothes. just like any cis gender conforming person would wear girly or boyish clothes because they're a girl or boy. it's... not a radical concept lmao.
sorry. i just wanted to clear that up. -
also i didn't mean to bring gender into this i was just... trying to clear up the confusion about it. this was about religion and i'm sorry for sorta,, you know, talking about gender where it isn't necessary, it's just that you're making incorrect assumptions and i wanted to correct you basically.
-
I'm just gonna add in that you're a f---ing idiot if you don't believe in gender fluidity..it's proven medically and psychologically valid. Read a medical article or journal and maybe you'll understand..if you're lucky enough to understand the words, that is ;)
-
You kind of just said the same thing I was implying but vise versa, but okay then.
And aren't you doing the same thing as any "cis" person would then? Why does it need a gender when you admitted that people do it when they conform to 2 genders? -
because i'm not cisgender?
-
You definitely corrected me there, oh you totally did.
I sure am. And what about the research articles that prove against them? Would you understand it thoroughly or just call people a "f---ing idiot" because research shouldn't be biased? -
i don't always feel completely like a girl. it's pretty rare, actually. most of the time i feel sorta demigirl... magigirl ish. calling myself a complete, 100% girl feels incorrect to me. that's why it needs a gender. i am genderflux.
-
I would understand it, as I do desire to be a surgeon when I'm older. And there's no "proving" anything in science, except when it comes to the laws of physics and nature. You should know that. Even a theory can be incorrect or corrected. I was just trying to add that most psychologists and doctors believe in gender fluidity.
After all, what about those whom are born intersex and don't feel male nor female? How's that different? -
Um, but Biology is apart of nature though? It's the study of life, and life is in nature, so??
Humans = nature
Human sexuality = nature
Biology = nature
See what I'm trying to break down as easily as I can (for you lol)?
Intersexual birth is pretty rare and since they apply to both sexes they could still apply to the female and male sex. Doesn't make them "genderfluid" or "nonconforming", they obviously have a genetic issue.
But as always, these arguments get right off topic. Like how in the f--- did we get from religion to gender? I'm so confused. x')
