Go anywhere. If it manages to escalate, just get out of the house and even go for a walk. Once you're in college, you no longer have to fathom the constant torment you were put in until maybe holiday breaks when you have to go back home.

I can relate
the other sibling always seems to get away with the dumbest s--- in the world but if you say one thing or hit them once you're the damned child, you're in trouble, yadda yadda -
The problem with that is I cant leave the house without an extensive "interview" with my parents. And I actually used to go on runs to calm down but with my knee still messed up I havent been able too.
Im actually the middle child out of 5 children. So I have to deal with 4 siblings and their bulls---. -
holy s--- how do you deal with that?? I only have one younger sibling and I can't even deal with her..
From my experience I suggest you just silently prove your parents/siblings wrong. Focus on your life, ignore them as much as possible, and sulk in your room whenever you can. Interact as little as possible so they can't have any leverage against you. If hiding isn't possible, opt to ignore people as much as you can -
I really dont.
I actually share a room with the piece of s---. Thats why when my sister moves out one of us is going to move into her room.
