For those who do not know the Mandela effect, it is brief memory of something, but when we go back to look at it, it actually never happened. Say, we all know that in Star Wars when Darth Vader says the famous line "Luke, I am your father.", but what if I told you he actually says "No, I am your father.". Crazy, right? Even check the line from the movie yourself.

Well, there is a possible chance that at some point in time, the Earth switched into an alternate universe where small things have changed, a lot.
-
What day did 9/11 happen on? September 10.

The earth never switches into alternative universes like you stated above, but for the Mandela effect, there might be brain-work involved. Such as dejavu, it's briefly described as an effect of our brain imagining what may comes next according to our experience, or our brain processing information unusually. When the same situation like the brain predicted happens, we'll feel dejavu.
If Mandela was supposed to be time-travelling, again I said time-travelling is impossible. Perhaps the one saying strange or unrealistic is having a memory error when processing information, or they forgot something important. -
But even if it does take us hundreds or thousands of years to figure it out, we can just go back in time.
-
Even more and more signs are popping up about it.

Bernstein bears? nope. It's always been Bernstain bears, apparently.
You know the song "we are the champions" by QUEEN? It never actually says "of the world" at the end in official lyrics, even though freddy mercury sang it at the end of the song at one of his concerts.
