I wish I could say it helped, or didn't help, but I honestly don't know because other life problems also got in the way so I was at the same level of stress that I was at when I went on a break.
I noticed some old, familiar faces popped up. Pretty nice! Good to see that this site hasn't been forgotten just yet. -

But, yeah. Just yet. I mean, let's be honest. Many people left- I don't know or care about the reason, just the fact. More will follow, if the site isn't shut down before that point. -

I've never once forgot about it. I've treated this website like my second home. But, I was having a lot of stress, and I tried to take a break from moderating/posting to see if it would help. Didn't work out so well- I checked in once or twice, but leaving didn't do much for me.
A headache with no sound? I wasn't aware there was such a thing as headaches with sounds... Try taking medication if you have any. -

I meditate but it does nothing and sound makes headaches for me
