I'm going to clean her up a bit, possibly re-curl her hair. I don't want to mess her up or modify her- at least, not yet. I AM very interested in what I could do with her, since her body is incredibly different from modern dolls. She's already missing some pieces, so I'm not worried about ruining her for selling purposes. In short, I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do with her. I'm going to work on first just restoring her, then I'll see if I want to customize her.
