I don't even like Drew, I was just curious. xD

(Posted more on page before this)
Bottom line is that you should check more than one source. I've deducted that it's not child p---. Maybe it does fall under another law that I haven't found just yet, but it's definitely not child p--- and should not be labeled as such. -
It's okay to be curious. Just make sure you do your own research as well. Sites often have biases or do not cover the full facts.
-
I see. Kinda interesting that the site I was linked to was false..
-
It's not completely false. I was reading up on some law stuff. Basically, it's the context of the picture and it depends on the person on whether or not it counts as child p---. Also, technically, the person who would be getting in trouble the most is any adult who saves the photo. Saving the photo, sharing it, ect. is what is illegal.
-
Reading the law, though, in draco's case it's not child p--- and the problem was handled so anyone who brings it up is fighting for a lost/fake cause
-
Ah, okay. But then again I was really dumb back then.
I was scared if I tried to find the laws if I accidentally clicked something and the police will be notified. -
You aren't dumb for believing something that was partially correct. You merely missed out on information.
Well if it makes you feel better I opened tons of sites looking for information about it so if anyone is getting in trouble it'll be me lol -
Keeping in mind age, context, and content of the photo. It's in no way constituted as child p---
-
I was just like
Okay you can get arrested imma just stay back here
I see.
Thank you for correcting me.
I'll be on my way
