I don't like the automatic assumption that long title=spam. Like leaf said, people uses to make long titles all the time. What if a user makes a normal thread that has a long title like Brownie did with the Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa thread?

Normally we'd just lock long threads, because they're annoying and they break the boxes, but you know that specific users made the threads in an attempt to piss us off and go against us. "Oops it's long sorry" and "thisisn'tevenbreakingtheboxesbuti'lldoitanyway" is obviously an attempt to get a reaction from us, which, is the definition of trolling. -
wasn't that thread deleted already? since it was bumped and we didn't have the locking thread feature yet... i was like "you know what? f--- it. let's delete it"

I agree with the last part.
And they don't like hearing other types of perspectives at all. They only like dwelling in the comfort of their cozy echo chamber. -
You don't seem to see any difference between joking and trolling and that's your problem.

The problem is that the only people who seem to have an issue with the rules are the ones going against the rules. I don't mind listening to users that have differing opinions, but when you're trolls complaining about the same things, it.. Really doesn't matter to us.
Even if it was a joke, you all knew we'd delete it and still did it. So obviously you're trying to get a kick out of bothering us. -

People have every right to complain about a website. They don't have to leave. Isn't the point of protesting is that heaping piles of excrement can be changed and compromised with their own opinions?

If the opinions are meant as only a way to help spammers, then of course we aren't going to listen. We've listened to other user's before, but you seem to think "well boy those users don't count so let me just say they suck at listening!!!"

Learn to observe. You blend every person you perceive as a troll into one huge generalization. You think that you've done some "research" (something that none of your moderator friends do obviously) and automatically think you know everything when you really don't. Some of them are actually NOT trolls and are pure users that just went into the route of complete anonymity.
