Does it ever irritate you when you get the feeling that someome is staring at you? But then you look up to realize that there is this guy staring at you, but not in a cute way. He was just hardcore staring until second period ended. Everytime I looked up, he was looking at me. Is that a sign that there's something wrong with me??
THEN
My stupid teacher placed my crush in the desk behind me. Though, it's starting to aggravate me. He does this:
Pokes me repeatedly
Waves paper over my head to get my attention
Says my name repeatedly
Plays with my hair
Touches my neck
It's extremely awkward, but he doesnt do it to anyone else.
I know this because I have every class with him.

Whenever someone stares at you that hard, that's when you glare and say "you got a problem?" Or just gave them a nasty look, that's what I usually did. :B
If he's your crush, I don't know why you receiving specific attention would bother you. That sounds like a contradiction.
Maybe he likes you? I dunno. If that's so much of an issue, then ask him to stop. If he doesn't, ask to be moved to a different seat because he's disrupting your learning. -
I'm waaay too shy to do that.

I like the fact that he notices me, but it annoys me because I'm trying to work. I mean, I do like him, but school always comes first for me.

Trying to get your attention is probably a sign that he likes you. Even if it's annoying. Boys are weird; they think they are amusing you. If you find it annoying, say so. If the poking, paper waving etc. doesn't stop, tell your teacher about his behaviour.
