I work best alone, but I don't mind groups. We do groups in every class.
-
It's alright as long as you have a hand in spirit.
LMAO all hte hands -
We had to do a group activity in math today and I had to do a problem and this girl was just staring at me waiting, all I could do was laugh awkwardly and apologize every two seconds. She asked if I needed help, which made me feels stupid since she's a freshman, and I said I was fine. I couldn't really see anything. My vision was going in and out of focus, and my heart was beating wildly. I felt like the world was swaying with my head getting all fuzzy. I honestly felt like I was going to pass out any second and I was shaking until second period. I really, really can't handle it.
-
Was it the fact you didn't want to look stupid, or you don't like being the center of attention? Both?
-
That's probably one of my worst moments tbh

You're extremely intelligent, but a lot of people crumble under pressure. It makes sense.
-
It was the latter at first, but then the added pressure of getting it wrong is what made everything spin out of control.

ME! ME!
I love history, but for our only big history project of the year, it was a group project. I worked hard to make a homemade bow, arrow, and basket like Native American tools! And research to say what they were made of. My group got a feather and a shell. The second part was to make a play. I worked hard to link our diary entries and projects to a play with our characters. The teacher, who was tired of kids complaining that they didn't want to do a play, made it just a video of researchers finding the artifacts. My group misunderstood and I was forced to let them make a video of the people of 1666 find their artifacts which were supposed to be found in 2015. At the day we had to present our project, my group found out I was right and we had to remake the video to be us discovering the artifacts in 2015. And then interviews. Then my group took over and tried to present the project but the Smart board wouldn't work. The teacher wasn't happy with us because we also had a late project. I was the only one in my group who cared about the project, but I needed their permission to start working on it and they put it off to the last minute. Luckily I still got a good grade. -
I'm raising my hand up so high it hurts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That makes perfect sense, and that's okay. You'll do great if you just understand the subject being taught.

That's another disadvantage to group projects. -.-'
I'm trying reeeaaaallly hard to understand tbh. I want to hurry up and move onto geometry next year. It sucks being behind all my friends.
