It felt like the middle of the day and the sun was bright and high in the sky. She hated the sun, how it burnt her skin so easily.

Tamara continued walking, then noticed a figure under a tree.
Her cat was faster. The grey feline raced over to the girl, tail high. -
Alici turned her head saw a cat running toward her. It didn't seem violent so she picked it up and cuddled it in her lap. She was a sucker for cute animals. She looked up and then noticed another girl coming closer, her nerves instantly shooting up with anxiety. "H-h-hello." She mumbled out, barely audible.

Tamara smiled slightly, and said "Hi"Quietly.
The cat purred. -
Something told Alici that things aren't that threatening so she lightly smiled and scratched behind the cat's ears gently. "Sweet cat, she's yours yeah?"

Tamara nodded "Yeah, her name's Desarae."

"Cool," Alici said, then feeling a loss of what to say next. Though she knew there was no harm happening something about this girl's presence still made her nervous, she didn't know why. "I-I'm Alici," she said, holding her hand out to shake.

Tamara blinked, and shook her hand, and quietly said "I'm Tamara."

Alici nodded, looking up at the girl but her eyes were blinded by the sun. She turned to look in her pack to see if she brought her sunglasses. Rustling around in it she had no luck.

Tamara blinked, and asked "You okay?"

Anxiously Alici nodded and gave up the hunt for said glasses. "Sorry, yeah I really don't know how to deal with people, or daytime."
