Every time I get up from bed, everything blacks out for like 2 seconds. Wtf is going on?..

Same but i just get a mild dizzyness and headache

And I mean every time. Like if I lay down for 5 minutes then get up this'll happen.

Today, when I was getting into shower, I noticed that my towel was missing. So I went to my room to pick it up, and it was right beside my phone charger. For some reason I picked up the charger and went into the bathroom. And only then I realized that I'm holding my charger instead of my towel.
So I started laughing. Then I started wheezing. Then I felt like crying. And then I stopped and just stood still for ten seconds.
What is happening to me? -
All we are is broken glass
