Well, good luck and I'm proud that you're helping for one thing. If you're scared of needles, just look away and try to focus on something else while it's happening.

Close your eyes and just relax. Don't be tense, it'll hurt if you're tense. Imagine the needle as a tiny little thorn on a rose. I do that when I get flu shots now.
