My mom didn't even show up to the funeral. Claimed she thought she might have "food poisoning".
She skipped out on grampa's funeral. I can't even trust if she's telling the truth because she's always lying about stuff like that.
Aunt Sherry called me Seth. She whispered to me, "I love you, Seth."
I got to see my brother. We hugged a lot.
I also hugged my grandma a whole lot. I almost lost it during the service when the military guy (idk a lot about military titles and stuff) gave gramma the flag and saluted her. His eyes were softer all of a sudden. It was also interesting seeing them fold the flag.
I couldn't look at grampa in the casket. It hurt too much. I just looked to the side at the carpet until we moved on. -
i'm sorry for your loss, and i hope things get better for you a d your family in the future. i know how hard losing someone you really love can be. if you need to talk about it to anyone, i'll be willing to listen
