It's possible that they are actually new users and they've only just ran across the forums. I'm be suspicious too, though. Just make sure to give them a welcome and see how events turn out, I suppose? That's what I'm doing, in a sense. I forgot to welcome them, but, oh well. xP

There are some actual new users. I know for a fact that the user named Cilantro is an actual new user. She's one of my sister's friends. She lives in my town. I recommended her this site a few weeks ago when she asked for quiz sites.I guess she picked today nose around and end up joining. Kaiya Mariane Mallard is her name, aka Duck. She can be a pain, fyi.
As for the rest, I think they are new, but leys just tag along until something reveals otherwise.
