Oh. Its only 4 in the fricking mornin. I feel sorry for you. We have got the same neighbours who are up and changed at 4 in the morning and come outside on the road and scream their heads off and at night their out till 1 so how on earth do they get sleep?

No, I mean I was sleeping and my 6 year old cousin who I have to share a room with put the TV on full volume at midnight and watched TV until 2, when she gave up. And I was asleep before that. -
Oh god. Thats why i dont let anyone in my room when we have visitors because i keep my devices up there and my tv is most lilely to blow a fuse because one of my uncles he threw out the tv and then they got tablets which hardly makes sense, and they will be glued to it.

Yeah, if I had a choice I'd kick her out. Her mother let her get whatever she wanted, so getting her to stop was hard.
