Does no one consider that it is written in supermans story line that the only way to kill him is kryptonite? And considering that there are less that 2 ounces of it on earth and superman's power level is over 9,000 in his sleep I am going to have to say he could beat Vegeta. Vegeta might be faster, but superman is stronger. Not to mention Vegeta's #1 flaw... He is mortal. Superman can't be killed without the kryptonite and Vegeta wouldnt survive long enough to collect any, let alone enough to actually have an effect.
Superman wins, simply because he is invincible. -
