Lylie skipped alon, hummin a tune, oblivious to everyone and everything around her. -
Amythest heard someone humming, and looked in the direction to where it was coming from. She slowly walked up to the girl.

In time, she became aware of someone approaching her. "Hello." she smiled.

"Hi." She slightly smiled.

"Who're you?" she asked. -

"I'm Amythest..but you can call me Amy. You?" -
"Lylie, and you can call me just that. Nice to meet you Amy." the small girl replied.

"Nice to meet you too Lylie."
Amythest felt the star hanging around her neck glow.
"What..? It's never glowed like this before..." she softly spoke. -
"What's that?" Lylie asked, "It's pretty."

"Thanks. Not sure, but it helps me.. When it glows like this, it means someone's going to die horribly. By the hands of the man who killed my parents. When I don't know.. but it'll happen around here.." Amy glanced around.
She covered it, only letting a small sliver of the light to show. Afraid other people would stare and start stuff. -
"Well isn't that a shame, but we all die eventually." Lylie said, though most seven year old girls would start crying at the word death.
