The sky grew darker. Essence peered up at the clouds, and a raindrop fell directly into her eye.

"Maybe I can find them, if I try hard enough." she decided, getting up and walking off.

The pink-haired girl exclaimed, and rubbed the raindrop out of her eye.

"Hello?" she called out, dark clouds covering the sky.

'Hello.' A low, cruel voice cackled. A reddish-brownish haired man leapted down from a tree.

Mei turned, eyes wide. "Who are you?" -
'The names Waru.' he stated, his eyes glowing maliciously.

"Um, I-I'm Mei." the small girl said, a bit frightened of him.

(Btw, I think "Waru" translates to "Evil" in Japanese.)
Waru sensed the fear in the girl's body. 'You look pretty scared right now.' -
"I-I do?" Mei asked, takin a step back. Is it that obvious?

'Hello?' Essence called. 'Is someone out there?'
'Aw, s---!' Waru mouthed. -
"Y-yeah, two people. And one is kinda scary." Mei called back.

'Hold on.' Essence called back.
'Fhawking hell!' Waru shouted.
