lol, my mom, and dad we're VERY fit and strong...and my 80 year old grandma heaved a tv out the window once o.0 -
my dad was small so everone pick on him so him (the story im about it tell is true )so he kock the guy in the ground and stared to punch him over and over again and his brother had to get him off of the other guy

i'm pretty short but not small...I'm half mexican but i got huge shoulders from dad...come to think of it my sis got HUGE shoulders...she has a linebacker build -

i don't really get into a lot of fights. i prefer not to get into that dramatic situation if possible :D -

i think martial arts should be a required subject in every school...it was in china for a while and fighting rates dropped epically

my grandma (when she in school) some girl talked behind her back so she grabber her by the hair and well i forget the rest ( im not making it out but i can see her doing it shes fit really fit)

yes but never really hurt them i get into fights alot i try to keep it to myself when im mad i have flip-outs once in a while my dad even told me how to fight my mom was like dont be telling her how to fight!so if someone tryed to hurt me i can fight back so yes i fight
