I'm not thrilled that they stuck me right back on self-checkout, but as long as they don't make a habit of it, I think I'll be just fine.

I've got a girl on y Facebook wall insisting we shouldn't be pointing fingers at the third party voters. I think I saw her bragging about voting third party a while ago. I'm willing to bet she's realizing the gravity of what she's done and now doesn't want anyone else to mention it. I'd feel guilty, too, if I were her. -

I'm torn between wanting to commit myself to other people and their safety and happiness, and knowing that if I do, I'll spread myself too thin and become useless. I want to be a beacon in the dark for anyone who is afraid so they have someone to come to. I don't know how to do that yet.

Man, I never really got involved with politics until now. Up until this election, it was always this edgy "politics are boring" bulls---. As far as President Obama goes, all I'd ever heard was family members talking about how awful he was, and I assumed that was the truth. But f---, dude. I'd kill to have him back for the next four years instead. We really need him.
