*narrows eyes, finally looking up from the screen*
My writing is just as important as your little social outing. A million times more so, even! And my room is fine. There's a system in place, but I guess to a simpleton's untrained eye, it would just look like a mess, so don't worry, I forgive you. -
*growls, standing up and storming out*
-
*watches him go, rolling eyes*
*looks back at screen and continues typing for a few seconds until he's definitely gone*
Could you get the door for me? -
*glances out doorway frantically, closing it quietly, locking it, and turning to face Lucilloretto*
Jesus, I thought he was gonna find me for sure.
*sinks to the floor in front of the door, fussing with hair nervously* -
*chuckles lightly, unconcerned*
Calm down. He's practically human with how little training he's had. -
I don't think vampires really need training to be aware that there's an unfamiliar scent in the air, do they?
-
Hmm... no, technically not. But Moko's just a kid. Even if he knew he smelled something weird, I don't think he'd give it a second thought. Just one of those things you know is a little off but it isn't really affecting anything so you don't bother worrying about it.
-
*takes a deep breath, feeling a little reassured*
Okay. Thank you. Are we sure he actually believed that nonsense about that being just "fanfiction"? -
Ha! Wasn't that great? You wanna read this smutty fanfiction while you're here, too, DD?
-
*blushes deeply*
Please stop. There's nothing actually explicit in there, is there? That is to say, he hasn't done anything.. like that.. to her.. Right? -
*snickers, printing a few pages off and getting up*
*stretches arms*
No, he hasn't. Like I would work with a f---ing rapist. -
Haha... yeah.. I'm glad to hear that, anyway. This whole thing makes me really nervous.
-
Don't worry. He's got a lot of people on this. She's safe. Content, even. I don't think he understands that this isn't the way to go about this whole thing, though. He can't understand for the life of him why she hasn't warmed up to him.
*picks papers up and holds them out to DD* -
*takes the pages and skims through them*
Shouldn't you be telling him that instead of me? -
Are you kidding? It doesn't matter now. He took her. People have died. He can't take it back, so there's no point in not seeing it through anymore.
*shrugs*
Anyway, I'm kind of rooting for him. I'm a sucker for his puppy dog face.
