I like this whole badass anti-sjw bulls--- people try to pull off with their reasons not to respect peoples' preferred pronouns
like I know a ton of cis people that would get offended and would probably actively try to make life harder for anyone that called them by the wrong pronouns because it's incredibly offensive when it's about how they look
but once you ask people to call you by the right pronouns out of respect for your gender identity you're over sensitive -

is definitely more acceptable then
"you called me a boy just now, but I identify as a girl, so please refer to me as such." -
why the s--- is how you feel even being taken into consideration?? it's not about you. calling people by their preferred pronouns does not inconvenience you in any way. it doesn't take any more time then calling them by the pronouns you think are right for them. your refusal to respect their wishes stems from nothing but stubbornness and a sense of intellectual superiority, so let's not pretend you're saying it in the name of equality.
