I just got back from Safeway, and there was an older-looking woman with a older boy, who looked around the age of 13 and then a little guy who looked around the age of 9. Well, at first I thought the older boy was just messing around but then I got a better look... the older boy was mentally disabeled. Well, the younger boy was just kinda keeping distance, but he kept glaring at the woman. Then I found out why.
The woman was SO f---ING MEAN to the boys! She kept grabbing the mentally disabled boy by the back of the neck and yelling at him. He tried to grab a bottle of water from one of the fridges, and instead of being polite and saying, "No, no water," she tried to slam his fingers in the door. It was like, he's mentally disabeled, of course he doesn't know what to do. Then once while she was trying to run over to the mentally disabeled boy (this was when she had grabbed him and tugged him by the back of the neck away), she shoved the cart over the younger boy :(
And unfortuntently me and my mom's car was right next to hers, so when we were going back to our car to go home, we saw her yelling and slapping the kids from inside her car.
