To be honest, I don't know what'll work with this problem.
I'm not ready for adult life and society is pressuring me to be. -
I feel your pain. I'm 16 and everybody is asking me "When are you going to learn how to drive?" and "Where do you plan on working/going to college?" Society puts pressure on teenagers like us to go to college, and it's a little nerve racking. Jobs are a lot of stress if you get the wrong kind. So, basically, I understand what you mean.

But it's life. Personally, I plan on getting a job by my senior year and working there until I finish highschool. I'll have 2-3 off periods, so i'll have lots of time for school work and my job. By the time school ends, I'll have picked out a college where me and Seth can both attend. I'll take some art courses and after that, i'll marry Seth and we'll live together, paying bills by me paying one half and him paying the other half. That's as far as i've planned out. It's no where close to being foolproof, but I have an idea at least.

What kind of ideal minimum wage job would you like? If you have multiple in mind, I can help you narrow it down if you'd like. -
Retail, teaching, anything that's not food industry.

Teaching, huh? Sounds fun. I think you could work as an intern for a teacher or something like that. Stuff like that looks good on a resume. Gives ya bonus points~
