i know the experience all too well :(( just know that this won’t last forever and even though it’s rough, you’ve got loved ones and people supporting you!! and i support you from afar <3 -

you are SO cared for though -
no matter how much you feel that you're alone, there will always be at least one person out there thinking about you, who would be devastated to see you gone. there are more people who care about you than you think, coming from someone who was in a similar place/mindset once
