Roeth
Book 5: The soul digger
2 years later, she hears of a monster that digs up bodies and steals their souls, of vampires, humans and werewolves, unearthed from Shale to kill her for him, because she is a disgrace to both vampires and vampire hunters, but she must get a sword she heard that could kill the beast, on an island where Sir Ernest Halbert used to live and had buried it there, she travels with a few sailors that ran away from their homes because they were vampires also from vampire hunting families (yayz for the vampire pirates), and sir Ernest Halbert was the one that put the fair-death rule, because his wife was killed by a vampire, and he remarried Roeth's grandma (where if a vampire kills a werewolf he must be a werewolf himself for 3 days and is let go if he survives)
Also, the monster was one of the souls that had been dug up, so it was turned back to a mortal form and helps her throughout the journey (the monster that took Roeth to the underground world in book 4) -

Roeth
Book 6: V.H.G.
Vampire. Hunter. Gathering. It's where her family come together when they want to talk, this time it's about Roeth because she has not died and her brother can't kill her, she goes there but hides and no one knows of her existence there, because of the necklace in which she has freed the curse, she sees old memories of the mansion, she sees what life was like for her ancestors, in the end she kills all her family one by one, except her brother whom he knew about Roeth's arrival, she runs away in shame but cannot burden herself, so she comes back to kill him in the night, she spends a night with him, it turns out that he's only an adopted boy and not a brother of hers by blood, he says he actually loves her, he was adopted because she was a disgrace for her family but her mother couldn't bear another child, but, she kills everyone and he hides, then he stabs her and she is wounded, but manages to kill him, shortly after, she dies.
Then the monster that helped her (from book 4) goes to the mansion to find everything destroyed, the only thing left of her, was the ruby necklace... -
Hmm... well Bambi, it was the eternal guardian of the holder of the necklace, so it has to protect it, it's not going to go kill it's holder now is it? No matter how pissed it is.
