Personally the second movie is my fave. Like, fave movie ever. But opinions are opinions.

As far as I know, no.
But they're going to have Drago (NOOOO) and Stoick (yeeee) come back, and as Hiccup and Toothless are the leaders of their respective tribes, they somehow have to separate. I guess the directors are trying to stay true to the books, where the dragons leave Berk in the end. So...no more Toothless, no more dragons, no more life for me. They better not ruin Hiccstrid or I will be out of the fandom for good. I WON'T BE ABLE TO STAND TWO MINUTES OF THIS MOVIE -

I have read an assload of fanfiction so I am good.
But we have a little more than a year and a half left, so we can come up with all sorts of happy endings.
Tbh I'd be happy if the series just ended with the second movie. It's a great stopping place.
You should be glad you aren't an all-out fan, or you'd be waiting for the next season of Race to the Edge episodes to come out. They left Hiccup under a death threat by a pretty badass villain. I was pissed. I tried to write a fanfiction to resolve it but it just didn't work out. -

Hicc: Yeah, I thought so too. The film is supposed to be released either 2019 or 2020. Like, How?
I recall rumors it is supposed to be a prequel about Shrek's childhood, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. Originally, the movie was planned as five films, but Jeffrey Katzenberg decided to conclude with Shrek Forever After. That is, until recently. -

You would think Shrek Forever After is the final film, but nope. It was even advertised as "The Final Chapter" six years ago. Lies, all lies.
