How much pain medication should I take? The bottle doesn't give any dose guidelines, and I really need to get rid of this headache.

it would help to know what the name of the Medicine is. What form is it? Pills, or liquid, or dissolving tablets? etc

well, if you're not even sure what it is, then you shouldn't take it at all and just deal with the headache. better than almost OD ing on some medication you can't completely identify. Or (guessing you're still young enough to live with your parents) just ask them if you can take some medicine, of which I'm sure they can identify.

Just saying. Don't take medicine you can't identify. I've seen people get really f---ed up because of that.
