If you're going to talk to someone about it, try not to make it obvious. Alter the names, slightly change the situation and try not to make the descriptions obvious.

I'll just say it here.
Okay, so he has mental illnesses, and he told me that he did a drug. I may have overreacted by avoiding him after school, but that really concerned me. He then told me it was one time, and after that, he said it was a joke and that he had never done anything and that he'd never lie to me. I really got upset at that point because I knew he had done it and he was lying to me by saying he'd never lie. I later convinced him to fess up, and he said that he took it one time last year. We got over it now, but that's so f---ing dangerous for him. Especially him. -

Now that you say that, I actually have a dirty little secret I've kept from everyone, even my own family. In school, a few boys had offered me this drug (forgot what it's called) but it's kind of like a tube-like thing that you put in your mouth then inhale. Kind of like a cigarette, in a way. I was feeling pressured, so I had taken it, and I was pretty hooked. I've only had it twice though. Haven't had it in awhile.
But still, drugs can f--- up everything. They're addictive and tend to have some horrid effects on people. Try to scare him into not doing it again. Like find some pictures of what people look like after they do drugs. -

Yeah, I think I scared him enough just being upset XD So, hopefully he won't do anything bad. -
